Dr Godwin Babs Oloyede Omolola was born in Lagos, Lagos state, Nigeria to the Sokoti Family from Igbotako, Ondo State. He completed his Primary, Secondary and University education in Lagos, Nigeria. He earned his MSc degree and Doctor of Science (D.SC) degree in Computer Engineering and Digital Security from Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.

Dr. Godwin Babs Omolola has served as an experienced information Technology and computer engineer leader, Cybersecurity Solution architect and Cybersecurity Risk Management Practitioner for over 25 years in the USA. He has worked with 500 Fortune companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank, IBM, A&T, Mutual Funds and Investor Managers, Lucent Technologies, and various government agencies where he had instrumented and designed various computer engineering, digital security, IT risk management and architectural solutions. He continues to mentor aspiring computer engineers and those with passion to excel in IT and emerging Internet of Things (IoTs).

Dr. Babs Omolola is a member of many professional organizations such as ISACA, ISC2, FBI InfraGard, SecurityFocus, many Threats Intelligent organizations and a frequent contributor of emerging technologies under the auspices of Cisco, IEEE, MITRE, and Cybersecurity Alliance (CSA). He has written and presented Cybersecurity risk management solution papers and best practices in many leadership seminars and conferences. He currently lives with his family in New Jersey, USA.

Albert Ayeni was born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised in Iffe-Ijumu, Kogi State. He had his primary and secondary education in Kogi State, higher school education at Federal Government College Sokoto and first degree in Crop Science at the University of Ibadan. He earned his MS and PhD degrees from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA. Ayeni was a member of faculty at the University of Ibadan’s Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry for 17 years after which he joined Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in 1995. At Rutgers Ayeni has served in different capacities as professor (research, education, and outreach) and administrator of International Programs. He is currently Ethnic Crops Research Specialist and Leader of Entrepreneurship Ag Program at Rutgers’ School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, New Brunswick, NJ. He served as Chairman of the Planning Committees for NIDO Americas World Conference (2010), CDPGS/NIDOA-NJ Education Summit (2010) and World Investment Conference (2013). Albert is a consultant to the United States Association for Public and Landgrant Universities (APLU). In this capacity he worked with a 4-member team of scholars to produce the BIFAD Review of Strategic Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Issues and the Role of USAID and Title XII under the Feed the Future Programs.

Akin Awofolaju was born in Lagos, but parents were originated from Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. He grew up in Osun State where he had his primary and secondary education, and partly higher education before gained federal government scholarship to study abroad. He earned his MBA and PhD scholarships in Neuroeconomics and Applied Economics from Moscow State University & Russia University of Economics, Moscow, Russia in 1991 and his post-doctoral education in Business Strategy from Cornell University, S.C Johnson Postgraduate, Ithaca, N.Y. As corporate governance executive with extensive fortune 100 corporate background both in real estates and corporate outfits. Dr. Awofolaju is a management consultant, highly committed in human capital development, managed many organizations in executive capacity. He is an American Board Certified Financial/Forensic Examiner (ACFE), forensic analytics, Certified Executive Leadership Development (CLE), Certified Strategy Planner (CSP) and as management consultant worked with Fortune 500 companies in various capacity such Verizon Wireless, Apple Inc, Altice etc. He has been a top ranked financial engineering expert. Managed leadership development group who specialized in training & development in loss prevention, digital forensic analysis for training and development educational industries in NY/NJ regions for three consecutive years and also leadership development expert for the US fortune 100 companies where he worked as an award winning professional with over 18 years of management experience, demonstrated analytical skills. Dr. Awofolaju is a member of over twenty professional bodies amongst which are the American Association of Financial & Forensic Examiners, the Nigerian Institute of Management, American Economic Association, and International Research for Income & Wealth, etc.

Dr Awofolaju was a leading Executive Board Director managed over US$2.5billions investment (New York/New Jersey regions) with over 3000 employees under his supervision for Verizon Wireless Telecommunication Company( US most largest wireless communication company) in America, where he worked for over 10 years before he started his own company. attended Advanced Program at Harvard University Business School & Cornell University graduated from S.C Johnson Postgraduate Business School in Executive Leadership Development & Strategic Thinking/Planning.

He has spent a significant amount of time in continuous personnel leadership development of his team as their team leader. Dr Awofolaju also managed over 500 high-performance driven team that generated over 450 million of dollars when he worked as Regional Account Executive for British Petroleum Company for Tri- States (PA/NJ/NY) – 1999 -2001. His strengths are his motivational and mentoring skills. A keen listener and creative thinker, Dr Awofolaju has been a consultant for individuals and businesses since 1991. He managed European financial powerhouse as President/CEO – Bayland Investments Company in Eastern Europe (1991- 1999), he discovered executive keen interest in his experience and insight into maximizing peak performance. President – Acumen Investments-NJ, organization that surged investments turnaround within short period of time 2008-2010.
